MY FREAKING HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, I'm having a major issue with the Holosyn EPS Carry. The holosun eps footprint reticle is completely frozen. I've tried everything - taking it apart, cleaning it, adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work. It's like it's possessed. Has anyone else ever experienced this issue? Any tips on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated
